35 Jumping Jacks
15 Lunges
25 sec Wall Sit
10 sits ups
10 Butt kicks
20 Push ups

20 Squats
40 sec Plank

60 sec Plank

Saturday and Sunday
Rest day
Cardio by week
- 30 second sprint, 30 second jog (*5)
